I — Working together
From abroad, without friction.
- Languages. English and Italian: calls, documents and reports in English, everything for the Italian market in native Italian.
- Time zone. Central European Time (UTC+1, UTC+2 in summer): my afternoons overlap with mornings on the US East Coast, and the UK is one hour behind.
- Meetings. Video calls on the platform you prefer, and in person in Rome and the surrounding area.
- Contracts and invoices. Through my company, Keystone SRLS, in euros. As a rule, invoices to businesses in other EU countries use the reverse-charge mechanism, and those to businesses outside the EU carry no Italian VAT.
- Data protection. GDPR-compliant processes: when I process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before we look at confidential data or client accounts.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, in Rome and the surrounding area. Everywhere else, by video call.
